hi i have ptsd and am also an incest survivor also bpd. a book that i have found very helpful is integrating the shattered self by nikki roth. it helps to let me know where iam and can see where i am going. another that helps is survival to recovery, an alanon book.

you can get alot of these at half.com they have some good stull. a book i for got to mention is on low self esteem by marilyn sorensen. shes got a place on the web too. she has a book and work book both called breaking the chain of low self esteem. i heard you can pick them up at walmart too. i am really into books. they have always been a best friend to me. i am enjoying the site. its kind of neat to read what people write. i like getting a glimpse of other people. for that reason i like talk radio too. enough rambling . bye
